Candescent Health and Wellness is an intimate healthcare practice prioritizing the reputable healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services in women's health, weight loss, and aesthetics. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinic assistant in a healthcare office is required, or equivalent experience in a related role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals. Display empathy, compassion, and genuine care for others.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in patient documentation, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle work that requires frequent changes in direction. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Stress Management: High stress tolerance and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and delivering quality care.
Education and Certification: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program is required. Active certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
