What this website collects, why, and how to stop it. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Who we are

What you give us
Two forms on this site send us information: the short form on the contact page, and the longer appointment request. Between them they can carry your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, whether you are an existing patient, which services you are asking about, your answers to the follow-up questions for those services, which days and times suit you, how you would prefer to be contacted, how you expect to pay, and anything you write in your own words.
Only a name and one way to reach you is required. Everything else is optional, and the forms say so as you go.
Please do not send us anything urgent or clinically detailed through this site. It is an inquiry form, not a medical record and not a secure messaging channel. If this is an emergency, call 911. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.
What the site records by itself
The site adapts to what you read — if you have been looking at one treatment, that treatment moves to the front. That is done with four small cookies, none of which carries your name:

The site also keeps a few things in your browser’s own storage that never reach us: an unfinished appointment request so a closed tab does not lose your answers, and whether you have dismissed the banner at the top of the page.
Separately, we record which pages lead to inquiries — a page path, the name of what happened, and the browser identifier above. Nothing you typed is included.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people find useful. It is configured more narrowly than the default: IP addresses are truncated, Google Signals is off, advertising personalization is off, and the admin area is excluded entirely. We do not use this site for advertising retargeting, and we do not sell anything about you.
Text messages
We text only if you tick the box asking us to. Choosing “text” as your preferred contact method is not the same thing and is not treated as consent. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. Consent is never a condition of being seen.
Who else handles it
We keep the list short on purpose. The website is hosted by Netlify. Inquiries are stored with Upstash and emailed to the practice through Resend. Analytics is Google. The welcome film plays from YouTube in its no-cookie mode, which sets nothing unless you press play. If the practice’s typeface is enabled, it loads from Adobe Fonts.
Of those, only Netlify, Upstash and Resend ever see what you typed. When an inquiry arrives we email a copy of it to the practice, so somebody reads it and calls you back rather than waiting for an inbox to be checked. That email goes only to addresses we have set in advance — never to an address taken from the form itself — and we do not send it anywhere else. If you gave us an email address, replying to it reaches you.
We may answer you by email, through the same provider, at the address you gave us. Please treat that thread the way you would any email: it is not a secure channel, so anything clinical belongs on the phone. We say so in every message we send.
These providers process information on our instructions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share inquiries with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while we are responding to them and for a reasonable period afterwards so we are not asking you the same questions twice. Analytics is kept in aggregate. If you want your inquiry deleted, call us and we will do it.
Your choices
- Reset what this site remembers about you — clears the reading profile immediately.
- Clear cookies in your browser to remove all four, including the identifier.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Call us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. If you believe a child has sent us something, call us and we will remove it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the inquiry inbox is behind a key, and access is limited to the practice. We will not pretend that any website is perfectly secure, which is the reason this page asks you not to send anything clinically sensitive through it.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and the date at the top of it.
