The infusion process
You will be seated comfortably while a clinician places the line. A 500 mL infusion takes about 45 minutes; 1,000 mL takes about an hour. Bring something to read.
What it costs
Add-ons available: Toradol $30, Zofran $30. 500 mL infusions take about 45 minutes; 1,000 mL about 60 minutes.
