Sexual health is rarely only physical or only psychological. We offer counselling and education alongside medical treatment for that reason.
Topics include the changes of puberty, safe sex, healthy boundaries, changes after childbirth or menopause, low libido, pain with sex, and difficulty with arousal or orgasm.

About PRP for intimate health
Platelet-rich plasma is isolated from a sample of your own blood and injected to improve sensation and arousal; some patients also see improvement in stress incontinence. It is done in the office in a single visit.
Counselling and education
Counselling is tailored to your own experience rather than run off a curriculum. Some patients come once with a specific question; others come for a course of sessions. Partners are welcome if you want them there.
Ruling out the treatable
Painful sex usually has a findable cause: vaginismus, vulvar pain, post-menopausal dryness, infection, scarring. We look for it, because most of those are treatable.
