Who these cover

These terms apply to anyone using this website, operated by Candescent Health and Wellness, 2104 Ironwood Circle, South Bend, IN 46635.

This is not a consultation

Using the site, reading an article, filling in the virtual consultation tool or sending an appointment request does not create a clinician–patient relationship. No one has examined you, read your history, or formed a view about your situation until you are seen.

Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice you have already been given, because of something you read here.

Emergencies

This site is not monitored continuously and is not a way to reach anyone urgently. If this is an emergency, call 911. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988. We answer inquiries on the days the practice is open, usually within one business day.

Appointment requests

The forms on this site send a request. They do not book anything. Nothing is confirmed until somebody from the practice has spoken to you and agreed a time. Preferred days and dates are treated as a preference, not a reservation.

Results, photographs and prices

Before-and-after photographs on this site are of our own patients, published with their written permission, and are unretouched beyond matching the lighting between the two frames. They show what happened for one person after a stated number of sessions. Individual results vary, and nothing shown is a promise of a particular outcome.

Any figures quoted for a treatment come from the manufacturer’s published studies and are labelled where they appear. Prices and packages described here are indicative, can change, and are confirmed before anything is booked.

Articles

The news articles on this site are general interest, written at various times, and are not updated as guidance changes. An older article may no longer reflect current practice. Treat them as background, not instruction.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — to the patient portal, to a manufacturer, to a crisis line — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Their terms and their privacy policies are their own.

Our content

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Candescent Health and Wellness or are used with permission. Please do not republish them. Product names such as EMSCULPT NEO, EMSELLA and EMFEMME 360 belong to their manufacturers.

Using the site properly

Please do not attempt to break into any part of this site, submit forms automatically or in bulk, or use it to send anything unlawful or abusive. The inquiry inbox is read by people at the practice.

No warranty

We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current at the moment you read it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website itself — as distinct from the care we provide, which is governed by the standards that apply to the practice and is not limited by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
