Our acupuncture is auricular, using the NADA protocol: very fine needles at set points on the ear, aimed at restoring internal balance.
Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture works from the idea that qi — energy — flows through unseen channels called meridians, and that health depends on that flow being uninterrupted. Obstructions affect physical and emotional health alike; the treatment targets specific points to clear them.
Since only the ears are treated, we can run group sessions in all sorts of settings, including workplaces.
